The transition to the newer version of blogger was less than smooth. Seriously some people should be canned for this up at do-no-evil-HQ.
Reading around on the "new version of blogger", a lot of bloggers were locked out of their accounts; unable to post, edit, update, delete or move their blogs to another solution and there was literally no support mechanism- just the single finger salute from the company that can do no evil.
Although I'm sure the new version of blogger has many improvements, the recent experience was really really really uncool and I'm not keen on using a free service that is worth every penny of free when S hits the fan on a support issue and the provider of the service gives you the shaft.
On the other hand, there are enough people who love and hate this blog (both are honors) to continue posting rational commentary and online stone throwing SOMEWHERE.
I'll log back in and put a link to a new home to Thurston Pundits when that happens. In the interim, get your tail off the internet and go outside and play you pasty-no-tan-loons.
