When does the court consider women’s violence as Domestic Violence?

http://drphil.com/shows/show/1005

This is classic. This little 98 lb darlin’ on the Dr. Phil show today was screamin’ and yellin’ and beatin’ her husband right in front of the kids. She was even arrested one time for assaulting him with keys in her hand using them like brass knuckles while he held the one year old in his arms. In Hazard court, they would say she is just reacting to his mean ogorness. Do you think they would EVER order HER to take a mental evaluation? Many men I have talked to and cases I have researched show time and time again where they ignore this type of behavior and suppress evidence and charge the man (I mean “find”, there is no due process) with domestic violence and shuffle them on into state certified multi-year programs. Classic.

So, I ask again. When does the court consider women’s violence as Domestic Violence?

Answer . . . Never.

All the feminist crowd can do is come on here and post nonsense? Sorry, no one is buying your straw man tactics. Try again using some of your gray matter if you want to play in the court of public opinion.

If he leaves her, she will get custody of the kids, the house, the car, the bank accounts and at least half his income - all the usual - but who will protect their children from her?

Odds are, he will not be able to get custody, and if (as appears) she is violent, when he leaves she will still be violent, with no one at whom to be violent but the kids. That would not bode well.

If, on the other hand, if she leaves him, she will probably get custody of the children, the house, the car, the bank accounts and at least half his income, as usual, but if she is violent, she will still be violent, and the kids will still be unprotected.

Best hope for the kids is for him to stick it out as long as possible.

Won't someone set up a program for female abusers? Do it for the children. Seriously.
