OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) - Call them Washington's newest sheriffs of "sunshine." After nearly a decade of public-interest law focused mainly in the Spokane area, the nonprofit Center for Justice has launched a new statewide campaign targeting illegal secrecy in government.
