What is a clue about fiscal responsibility, Alex?

Answer: The legislature lacks "this" along with common sense in the face of voter revolt on runaway spending in Olympia.

Hat tip to the Washington Farm Bureau (some excerpts with my accents below).

HB 2537 changes the Health Insurance Partnership (HIP) program. HIP was passed by the Legislature last year to provide assistance to low-income employees unable to afford health care coverage. HB 2537 restructures the program so that it applies to all small businesses, establishing a parallel insurance offering that fails to address costs, limits choice and establishes a government run system that competes with private insurers without offering anything of substance.

HOLY SCREW THE HELL OUT OF SMALL BUSINESSES BATMAN!!

The requirement that participating small businesses employ at least one low-wage worker is removed, making taxpayer-subsidized coverage available to any small business - regardless of wages paid. And – using your tax dollars to subsidize your competitors who may have perfectly healthy bottom lines!

/end wfb

I'm pretty sure Brendan, Sammy and Karen of the 22nd district are writing checks until there just aren't any left- maybe they could find more blank checks (or a clue) under an overturned cop car out at Evergreen or under a protester down at the port.

What the hell- you can always raise taxes or blame Dino after you run the state into bankruptcy.

Lying Mother now "America's Most Wanted"

Another good one on Glenn's Site today. An honest judge got railroaded for standing up to the system built on female perjury. That's old news. But, there's an update on the mother.

The lying mother who cost the truly Honorable, Virginia Judge James Michael Shull his career has abducted her child from the custody of her ex-husband, and is now on America's Most Wanted.

Stench from the lower court Bench acknowledged from a Supreme

In my work as a Supreme Court justice, I was required by the Constitution to fairly and impartially apply the law—not the law as I wanted it to be but the law as it was. Now, as a private citizen, I am anxious about the state of the judiciary in America. -

DSHS and Pet Support Enforcement Laws

HB 2836. Passed 94-0. Liberal Fascism. You don't beleive me? They did it in Canada, already.
http://www.cbc.ca/story/canada/national/2004/08/09/dogsupport_040809.html
These lawmakers are setting up the next expansion of big government and growth of DSHS. Pet support Laws. She accuses him (no evidence necessary) of pet abuse and then there you have it, pet support on top of child support. More federal dollars to the state coffers through title iv welfare act dollars and support enforcement dollars. The state currently makes millions of dollars off support enforcement. Abused pets and then forced pet support through DSHS. The child support work group got exposed and discredited this year in their attempts to raise child support beyond what is already considered an outrageous level by credible economists. Now Williams and Hargrove and the rest are trying to find another way to get their big government growth and expansion of the socialist state done.
Wake up Washington. VOTE them all out or lose any semblance of America you ever knew. This is not about republican vs. democrat or some kind of gender war. Read the book Liberal Fascism and watch history repeating itself before our very eyes.

Legislature proposes big fat check to county courts to not self-police

Foxes get cash infusion to guard hen house

The legislature proposes writing misbehaving County Superior Courts a big fat grant to non self-police themselves. Currently there is no authority policing lower courts for misconduct. This bill adds mortar to and propagates the already bloated and corrupt family court system. This is really icing on the cake in light of the fact that Thurston’s courts have recently declared themselves exempt from ALL public records laws.**

The bill hands out plenty of cash, but mentions nothing about gaining accountability for CUSTOMERS of the courts.

By accountability, I mean looking into allegations against courts like:

  • A commissioner or judge ruling on your case w/out first hearing arguments.
  • Judges reducing a parent to >10% (essentially zero) time in a custody battle with no proof of abuse or neglect.
  • Excessive cost run ups by court appointed “facilitators” and “evaluators” profiteering in custody battles.
  • Inappropriate business relationships between judges and the non-profit organizations they pander to.
  • Quid pro quos between courts and DSHS for grant money as is rampant in Thurston.
  • A judge ruling on an order and then changing it later w/out a hearing or trial.
  • Serving papers that request support of X and then getting a default judgment tripling that amount.
  • Evicting people from their homes at gun point based on allegations and holding a trial later.

Apparently this group (of mainly democrats) isn’t aware of, or doesn’t care about Thurston’s Courts pulling strings to get a court employee (Traci Black) assigned to a legislative committee guised as a private citizen. Apparently she was a more qualified disinterested private citizen than all of the private citizens who applied for the position.* Traci’s job was funded by a grant to facilitate keeping fathers involved with their kids in ensuing custody disputes. One of Traci’s primary metrics to achieve this end (according to records) has been to issue protection orders against fathers.

Yeah- This new infusion of grant money into the most corrupt institution in the state will be totally well spent.

*BTW- thanks to the pressure applied by fans of this blog- Traci Black stepped down from the Legislature’s Child Support Workgroup. Now we want access to the records that will identify WHO pulled the strings to get her selected over all the actual private citizens who applied.

**Thurston County Superior court is refusing to hand over records from judges on their involvement in the public policy decisions on the legislature’s Child Support Workgroup. Of course the legislature should write these guys a big fat check to self police themselves.

Just Desserts at Duke

One word to describe the ensuing hell that both Duke and Nifong continue to go through in the aftermath. GOOD!!!

This blog post goes out to all the womens studies anti male bigots who lined up and down the street to lynch these guys based on an accusation from a drugged up stripper. Because of YOUR actions, legitimate rape victims are now less likely to come forward.

Where's Jessie Jackson on this? Did he ever cough up that tuition money he promised this girl for sticking it to white privelidge?

simple minority

Apparently North Thurston residents aren't too keen on the simple majority in conjunction with their skyjacked tax assessments.

Both the Operations and Technology levies are failing.

oops.

Taxing the size of your Engine - SB 6900

There is a bill that the Washington State Legislature is trying to pass in Olympia that, if successful, will directly add huge costs to our vehicle license fees.

http://apps.leg.wa.gov/billinfo/summary.aspx?bill=6900&year=2007

The voters have spoken over and over again and yet, the lawmakers can't stop coming up with BS ways to grow this out of control socialist state (the beached whale called Washington).

Not that they will listen. But, contact your representative and tell them we are overtaxed and we have already made our position known on raising the car licensing fees. Remember?

Hard Earned Wisdom – Part II (Final Installment)

The 31 Lessons I learned from the Hazard Family Court Gauntlet.

Lesson #13

If you are represented by counsel, sometimes it is better not to go to court. Get an attorney you trust. See #3

Lesson #14
Digitally record everything.

Lesson #15
Check the transcripts against your recordings.

Lesson #16
Pay attention to the details.

Lesson #17
Always bring a witness.

Lesson #18
Be wary of the GAL. If the GAL is against you, they will accept his/her report. If the GAL is for you, they will throw it out and discredit him/her from ever working in this bidness again. The GALs know this and they know if they are not careful they will not be allowed to play in the hazard sandbox any more.

Lesson #19
Be wary of the “Psychologist.” Same as previous rule. They will never order a psych evaluation on a narcissistic/borderline personality disorder mom. She has to be the victim. That is the foundation of their system. Besides, the judge is probably one, too.

Lesson #20
Be wary of the “Psychologist.” Feminist, pagan, lesbian women love to pray on little children’s minds and destroy father-child relationships. They work behind the scenes with the fair haired firm. They are used to (or attempt to) brainwash children against the father.

Lesson #21
Be wary of the domestic violence “Evaluator.” They run the “treatment” programs. Get this . . . they fill their own classes and make $3,000 to $9,000 off of each guy. LOL all the way to the bank, baby. A DV evaluation is commonly referred to as an “automatic intake.” Remember, woman credible, man not credible. Evidence? Who needs evidence?

Lesson #22
Keep very close track of your child support, extortion and maintenance payments to DSHS. They will hit your credit and your paycheck so fast your head will spin. Document, Document. Everyone is a deadbeat sperm donor to them and is fair game for their entertainment. Let’s face it, working for DSHS has got to be boring. Harassment is sport at DSHS.

Lesson #23
DSHS doesn’t have clue. Keep good records.

Lesson #24
When in doubt, submit public records requests to any government agency in question by fax or get a signed and stamped receipt.

Lesson #25
If, God forbid, you are forced to patronize the lesbian visitation house just to see your kids before the “psychologist” is finished with the brain washing. See rule #14. They have
highly trained “professionals” that take notes on parenting and guess what? They too are biased are inaccurate. Big surprise, I know. Make another guess . . . they too work behind the scenes with the “club” and the fair haired firm(s) to your demise.

Lesson #26
Just know the judges, attorneys, psychologists, evaluators, visitation house and GALs all hang out at the same water cooler from time to time and all have the same agenda; creating victims and making money off of captive people. They are called the Merchants of Misery. If you look hard enough they have spouses in the racket or in local or state government. Refer back to #1 and #7

Lesson #27
If you can avoid it, pay the ex $50,000 right up front for a fair deal and save yourself the agony and drama. However, if the faired haired firm’s attorney got to her first, you are screwed and are likely restrained from contacting her. It will then cost you much, much more. She’ll figure out much, much, much later that she too would have been better off and so would the kids. It takes a while for the intoxication from her new found victimhood and power & control over you to wear off.

Lesson #28
Beware of the Restraining Order and false allegations (aka the divorce silver bullet). See #27. I call it the nuclear option.

Lesson #29
If your ex is a psycho mom and you love your kids, be prepared for an expensive fight resulting in a financial train wreck. So, therefore, see #4, #6, #8 and #12.

Lesson #30
Always take God and his better Angels to every fight. If you don’t know Christ yet, get to know him. He’s the only chance you got Frodo Baggens.

Lesson #31
Remember that after you have successfully run the Hazard gauntlet . . . a life well lived is the best revenge.

Hard Earned Wisdom – Part II (Continued)

The 31 Lessons I learned from the Hazard Family Court Gauntlet.

Lesson #6
Do not waste your time with “revisions” or "reconsiderations" to the same court. The less time spent in Hazard court the less financial destruction will be perpetrated on you.

Lesson #7
Do not waste your time with “revisions” to the same court. Family Court judges are paid soldiers for the welfare state and the county funding telethon and the local bar association club (includes the fair haired firms). They will side with the commish on all bad rulings. See again #12.

Lesson #8
Appeal to the higher court. (did I mention that, yet?) Most of your money is wasted on lower court drama. See #11. Get to the Appeals court asap.

Lesson #9
Do not be afraid to research case law and become familiar with the RCWs. This isn’t rocket science. You will probably be more capable of legal analysis after a few hours of research than most of the hazard judges and attorneys. They haven’t had to critically think since law school and have been on hazard auto pilot ever since.

Lesson #10
Think for yourself. They aren’t very smart, just crooked and greedy.

Lesson #11
Hazard judges love a drama queen. Pass the tissues and hand out the tiaras. Remember it is a male fault state.

Lesson #12
Constantly cite legal authority. If you can’t shame the court into an honest decision, build your appeal.

Hard Earned Wisdom – Part II (Continued)

One platitude a day is an excruciatingly slow pace. So, here's a little Valentine's Day Bonus . . .

The 31 Lessons I learned from the Hazard Family Court Gauntlet.

Lesson #3
Do not trust a local attorney. They will screw you for their benefit. They can’t afford to be ostracized from the “club” by being concerned with your or your children's trivial legal rights.

Lesson #4
Appeal, Appeal, Appeal. It is the only thing that the Hazard racketeerers fear. These demons do not fear God. BTW, your local attorney won’t disclose this secret option.

Lesson #5
There are a few firms (a couple in particular) that own the Hazard family court. Figure out who and plan accordingly. The most fair haired firm sounds something like Con ‘em, Take ‘em and Misandry. Another sounds a lot like a commissioner’s foster grants.

Kathryn Nelson: the saga of a rotten judge at work

With regard to the story Angler posted from the PI on the 'Most Wanted' father. I have been told by an insider that the judge in that case (Kathryn Nelson) is now serving on the legislative workgroup on marriage dissolution and is claiming up down and sideways that she looks for shared parenting opportunities in every case that comes her way (yeah! Just like monkeys fly out of my ass on every Tuesday in May).

With all due respect to you Kathryn Nelson- which is none- you are the very reason WHY the legislature needs to step in and put a floor on the time a NCP parent gets reduced to in a custody battle.

The fact that you were part of the case above AND have sought out a position to influence public policy on this subject is sick and disturbing- but not as disturbing as the answer to this question; WHO PULLED THE STRINGS TO GET YOU ON THAT WORKGROUP?

Hard Earned Wisdom – Part II

The 31 Lessons I learned from the Hazard Family Court Gauntlet.

Lesson #
2

Yes, she will win and it won’t be a fair fight. They make up their own rules and do not even attempt to follow the law or consider the evidence. It’s about the gravy train and feminist power and control. See also #12.

Quote of the day: "Our roads are floating and our ferries are sinking."

Dino Rossi on Gregoire's transportation management at the TC Lincoln Day dinner tonight. Great event. People are really really fired up. I've been to other Lincoln Day dinners- but have never seen this many standing ovations.

Hard Earned Wisdom – Part II

The 31 Lessons I learned from the Hazard Family Court Gauntlet.

Lesson #1

Just like life, family court is not fair. Suck it up, fight like a man and don’t roll over. Get used to the idea (very quickly) that it is farrrr from fair and the folks in the black robes are working with the attorneys to generate numbers, billings, fees and grant dollars. Don’t expect fair and equal treatment under the law. It is a well established racket that generates millions not only for the aforementioned parties but for the state.

Darren Mack Gets Life Sentence

Heard it from Glenn. I echo Glenn's sentiments. Good.

If you want to go after rotten judges, read the Count of Monte Cristo then this blog.

I have no sympathy for asshole Palestinian terrorists launching rockets on the border of Isreal. I have even less sympathy for Mack. If you want to take the law into your own hands, stay the hell away from the cause of those of us who spend our time fighting for kids to have the right to have both parents.

I have no doubt Weller is as rotten they come in the court room. Thanks to Mack, Weller is now a revered victim in the legal community instead of the off the bench ambulance chaser which he truly is destined to be.

Rep Brendan William's legisletter

I just got Rep Brendan William's 22nd district legisletter!

and the news in Olympia is: all evil is caused by Bush and Rossi.

Thanks for the update Brendan.

While you're busy campaigning against Bush's 3rd term, I'm curious to hear your take on why the Judges here in our county get to be above the law on 9 out of 10 cases. Nine State Supreme Court Justices are rarely wrong.

The Politics of Fathers' Rights and Family Court Abuse

Thank you Glenn Sacks for all of these excellent posts to link to. Also credit to "Glad2beGone" for the Ron Paul Quote. Nothing too original from the Angry Angler here. Just a consolidation of some interesting political positions on Fathers’ Rights. That's right, the unoriginal Angry Angler is just another pissed off Dad. I have news for you family law pukes, Anger is the appropriate response to unlawful child abduction, so bite me. Your judgment day is coming.

Ron Paul

Quote for Ron Paul:

"If the flow of federal money to the states is stopped, the Child Abuse Industry will stop. A vote for any other candidate is a vote to stay enslaved."

He wants to restore the constitution? I’d like to see that. Might get my vote.

http://glennsacks.com/blog/?p=1769

Romney can’t play the “I am not aware of that” card any longer. But, to play that card means he could give a rip.

http://glennsacks.com/blog/?p=1686

Hillary must be desperate. Do you think she would really help men and ostracize herself from her feminist base that is HELL bent on destroying families and enslaving men? Swamp land, anybody?

http://glennsacks.com/blog/?p=1735

John McCain

http://glennsacks.com/blog/?p=1774

This is the final straw for me regardless of all the other reasons I don’t like McCain. ConservaBabe Ann Coulter says she will vote Hillary before McCain. I doubt she’ll vote for either. But, I will not be voting for Mr. Liberal in a GOP suit now FOR SURE. No WAY! NEWSFLASH to the GOP . . . real conservatives don’t like John McCain and will not vote for him. I’ll write in Jimmy Buffett before I vote for McCain and I have to say that this position he is taking on the out of control Family Law abuse and extortion is UNNACEPTABLE.
