The consequences of wiping "dad" out
This is a cut and paste from the almighty Geezer who has forgotten more about giving government agencies enemas than most of us could learn in a century.
As an aside, while I ardently remove gang graffiti in most locations around the county and have a zero tolerance for the little bastard's artwork in my own neck of the woods, I don't touch it in the Olympia city limits and in the neighborhoods where I know Thurston's judges live. Let's just call it "just desserts" for their fatherless sons of entitlement minded chickens coming home to roost.

19 percent grandparent
15 percent both parents

if you heading for a divorce....
Don't worry. Legislation will soon be passed to get you a protection order even faster for a fraction of the cost and without any cumbersome burdens of proof.
Thurston County is on the waiting list to get about 10,000 of these devices. That's about 3 abused women per machine in the county according to Safeplace coordinators. Sharing one of these marvels is the price you have to pay for taking a house, and sole custody of the kids, and leaching some sob for child support.

Prepare to be outflanked
Attention DV lobby:
This year our side of the fence will include the following factoid in opposing yet another years worth of crapola unconstitutional feel good DV laws designed for hurling unsubstantiated and unprovable accusations at the front end of divorce:
Nearly every victim of DV homocide in recent history had gotten a gumball machine protection order prior to being murdered.
So unless you are a woman looking to game the courts for custody, temp support and the house, exactly what the hell are these documents good for?
I mean aside from feeding the courts and prosecutor's office more VAWA money.
- I'll remind the casual reader that this line of blogging at the pundit has come about because of the amount of DV money and influence being used to oppose shared parenting legislation.

Attention Martia and gang up at the courthouse. Get your paper shredders ready and grease up your delete key for all documents on the following subject. I'm getting peckish about this special "DV court" the latest flock of judicial candidates are tripping over each other to pander up to. I'm a tad busy lately so you and the BOCC have some time to destroy all threads on the subject...but here's my thoughts. I'll let you harpies up there jaw on this for a while before I or perhaps some random pissed off denizen picks up the torch and runs with it.
While I know that fundamentally this is just another budgetary mouth at the tit of Washington state's VAWA kickback fund, what sort of justice will the pretend jurisprudence clowns in robes be exacting there? I'm presuming this will be yet another "special" place of justice in Thurston that will make the accused green with envy over the rights afforded to enemy combatants at club gitmo. The real question is how this will be tied in lockstep to feed the blood sucking divorce industry? I mean if this is a court where DV accusations have to actually live up to the innocent until proven guilty standard, it would really crimp your money hose. We know that won't happen with the current batch of parasites in robes.
So I'm guessing this- if the accused has to fight a two front war in two banana republic court rooms and feed 2x2 attorneys 2 pints of blood an hour in the process, bankruptcy will be reached in a fraction of the time.

Strange Thurston County Family Court Decisions - Pt II

Not postponed again. No, now it's not even on the list. But, a certain attorney and the county are sure interested in why the former resident is present for the auction. They have some serious title issues and some title/county malfeasance to answer for. What to do. What to do.
PS - If you are an officer of the court and are aware of a breach in the law by another court officer, you are obligated by your oath to the Bar and law to report it.
Question . . . Does the same apply to retired federal officers such as the FBI? Hmmm. Very interesting.

The gender blind hand of justice
Hey gals, when divorce looks like just too much trouble or you are REALLY REALLY angry with your bfriend, the standard level for justice has been set for your quickest exit: it appears you will only get a week to 3 months for murdering the bloke.
That 19-year-old Issaquah woman jailed as a suspect in the slaying of her boyfriend was released Wednesday as police continue to investigate her claims that she acted in self-defense. Ummm just an idea, but shouldn't the police CONFIRM that it was self defense before sending her off to the mall for some therapeutic shopping?
In other news that woman who killed her minister husband has regained custody of her kids.

Becoming our "Special Project" - pt II
SOUTH PUGET SOUND COMMUNITY COLLEGE
This fall you can take a course (if you are a woman) on how to blow up your family and gain all the benefits of the anti father programs. The course will cover how to get a restraining order and evict your no longer useful husband and take everything he owns. Many women are still living in the dark ages and are unaware of how to take advantage of the these programs and how to get free pro bono legal help. This is all a part of the college's "progressive" and ongoing liberation and emancipation of the fairer sex through their Womens Studies and Diversity Programs. Title VII gender discrimination is not an issue for this publicly funded place of higher learning. It would appear, as well, that using publicly funded facilities and schools for Divorce industry private company recruiting is now all a part of the South Sound CC experience. The school reportedly has been inconvenienced by all of the heat on the local legal robber barons and was forced to go out of county to find a woman's divorce coach on public dime. One look at her website will show Jamie Thomas is a Misandrist of the 1st order.
