If you click on his name at the top of the story you can follow it. If you commies on the left actually cared about cleaning up Puget Sound, you'd be running these crooks out of office. All you're getting the Dicks mafia is the tax payers soaked and more dirty water.
Been doing 16 hour work days lately...no time to blog. This one was pretty juicy from friend of the Pundit; Geezer
Commie radio KUOW inadvertantly busted the Norm/David Dicks money train today. I doubt they realize what a glaring comment this is to an out of work Joe Six Pack.
There is a secret trick to getting hired at the PSP... be friends with David Dicks and work on his private campaign projects. The comment comes in context of Dicks shrugging off a whistle blower complaint of PSP time/money/resources/influence being leveraged for doing campaign work for Dicks.
The money comment is this: "Dicks also says he's been friends with (graphic designer) Bridgman much longer than he's been his boss. "
Hmm- a 15 person agency and long time buddies of the director are on the payroll eh? yep- I'm pretty sure being buddies with the Dicks family puts you at the head of the line for any state job. Other candidates need not apply.
Now if you are a glass half full sort of guy; you might be relieved to know that at least there is still one "in" for straight white males to land government jobs. Unfortunately you'll be sad to learn that the designer was posting poetry tweets during work hours; the glass is pretty dang empty for straight guys.
Geezer forwarded the full KUOW text - here.
Though disturbing, this revalation shouldn't be a big shocker as we already knew the trick to getting hired as director of PSP and collecting a big fat salary for setting fire to tax payer money; just be an influential DC insider's son.
Note this is strike two on Dicks using PSP resources for illegal campaign contributions. Recall earlier they bought fleece jackets to reward state legislators for voting the right way.
