You'll want to give this entire whopper a reading. The pages scream "crazy bitch" so loud I had to put on ear plugs to finish. The dude had lived in another state across the country for nearly a decade with absolutely no contact and she still claims to live in fear. Apparently receiving junk mail in the name of a former resident is justifiable grounds for continuing a restraining order in the eyes of Pomeroy.
Seriously Christine- I reserved personal judgement on you until reading this, but rest assured there is a special place in hell reserved for you for destroying this dude's life with such reckless bigotry.
It's a sad sad reflection on Thurston County voters that Pomeroy and her ilk can pass election to election unchallenged by the cesspool that is the Hazard County legal community. In reading this it is clear that the victim did not chew his own arm off to get away from the crazy bitch bipolar exwife- nay he lost it serving his country.

These Hazard Judges are as crazy as the bitches they coddle and encourage. I used to think there is at least one good judge in this county. Now, I seriously doubt that too. They are as evil and crooked as a group can get and still be on this side of HELL. But, as we all know, that is why they call it "Unholy Oly."
On a book keeping note, Andy. You'll need to site the name and the case number in your post. The Wa Courts are notorious for breaking links and taking down damaging information and obvious conflicts of interest they get called out on. If you find something on a WA Courts Web site that exposes the legal scammers for what they are, they do like what they do in their courts . . . destroy the evidence.

Ahh, the Freeman case. Quite a story in itself on the contrast between Spokane D-III Appeals court and D-II here and the corrupt Supremes over here. Good story on how it got moved to D-III and some insider connections here. Good story on the infamous lesbian crusader from the U-Dub and Seattle (Novotny) taking this as far as it would go. I have a complete file on this case with briefs and all. A friend of mine passed it on after spending a day at the Temple of Doom (aka Temple of Justice) looking it over. It's the pinnacle of the Wa State DV scam. The briefs are online too, I think.
