I love our military and I'm glad they are back. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. It pains me to say that if our military's response to IEDs and Al Queda were as inept as their dropping several thousand new commuters on our local freeway with no congestion plan, our troops would all be bits and pieces on the side of highway in Abdulafadajad. JB staff needs to up their game.

It's pretty clear you have a stream of bodies going from Yelm, Lacey, Olympia and Tumwater to the Dupont entry. Get your crappy military buses in service and get asses on those buses NOW. It's ridiculous that this many bodies moving 20 miles are clogging up a stretch of freeway which moves several thousand more commuters to Tacoma, Kent, Seattle, and Bellevue daily. Believe it or not- a lot of Thurstonites spend hours a day on the road to get to high salaries. Another 30 minutes makes this commute unmanagable.

For all of you commuters sitting in this mess. Don't worry, this will get you used to the lines caused by government controlling your health care.

Indu came out of working for the legislature and committees directly into an appointed (not elected) court commissioner job.

Brendan has spent the last several years pandering to and serving the WA State feminist and socialist powers that run this state. Brendan now gets "appointed" to a lucrative State position. America, America, how far we have fallen and how distracted and apathetic we have become. It is so bad now, no wonder most of us are now lost in a fog of one addiction or distraction or another or just in plain denial of where this is all heading. Our freedoms and liberties are slipping away one by one because of it. Glenn Beck lays it out well here . . . Fundamental Transformation and Obamacare. Brendan is now getting an appointment for a $100K/yr job to help implement the biggest socialist and economic disaster plan in American History? Remember also that Biden (Obama's VP) is the Author of VAWA (The federal financial incentive plan to destroy fathers and families and fund the courts and lawyers). If congress is sooooooo effing concerned with equal rights and military service, why is it that only MALES are required to sign up for selective service at the age of 18? I don't see Democrats pushing any bill to repeal this atrocity of inequities.

Failure to sign up for selective service means jail time, being cut from student loans/grants and being denied admission to many public universities. What if gays got this sort of discrimination based on their self proclaimed homo status?

Democrats are not for equal rights, they are for special rights based on predefined criteria which exclude non Democrat supporters. One of the reasons I align myself with Republicans is because the GOP "trends" towards eliminating special rights status of citizens (excluding the disabled). I read a hell of a lot of history and I'm quite certain that's the sort of equality our founders envisioned.

Besides national pride, in light of the tremendous outpouring of sensitivity Muslims across the world have had to Americans in regards to the Ground Zero Victory Mosque, I'd like to volunteer my services to extinguish any burning Qurans on 9/11.

Over the holiday weekend, I under went a rigorous firefighter training regimen. I am fully prepared to put out any Quran fires should they take place in the South Bay area. So Quran burners, do your worst and I'll stop you.

Wake the F up!!!! The enemy is in the fort. The dragon is in the castle. Does the lifestyle of the downtrodden in North Korea and the old Soviet Union Russian gulags sound better than the America we once knew where prosperity and freedom reigned because we were free and thriving in a free market system? I'm amazed this doesn't bother anybody. When did freedom and liberty become something not worth dying for? I find that extremely disrespectful to those who died and came before us to give us the freedom we still enjoy (at least the ones the damn lawyers in the legislature haven't taken away). Are we really a nation full of cowards now? I don't believe that for a minute. Maybe I'm just a little ahead of the outrage curve after getting my constitutional rights, home and children trampled and taken away without cause or legal foundation by a liberal Nazi judge and court system that condones and ratifies it. Some people choose "B" because they feel entitled to control others and tell others what to do because they think they are somehow "smarter" and "better" to rule others. They are deceived. F this.
