While that might normally be considered kidnapping, here in Thurston County, that doesn't apply if you are fighting over custody. Seriously folks, the latest custody battle with the DV spin on it -floating through the network is one of the most flagrant abuses of the legal system I've seen in watching this stuff since 2003. Over the next few months there will be more to share.
By the way- if you are one of our followers from the courts or the prosecutors office, pucker up because shit is about to hit the fan again. oh and you family judges and commsioners might want to start being REALLY paranoid about your proceedings being recorded. Technology can be a bitch for those who make the rules up as they go.

I can't even count the number of stories I have heard over the years about women (including my ex wife) who moved here for this purpose with the knowledge that Thurston Cy was the place to go to get the special treatment for women in divorce and DV court. Thurston's reputation goes far beyond the state of Washington. That is a well know fact.
