Check out the full chat for details. As the case against George Zimmerman unravels, I look forward to Zimmerman's attorney's kicking the living crap out of every hater who jumped up to lynch him and I also look forward to handing out just desserts to those who try to say the Trayvon was racially profiled. He wasn't, he was behaving exactly like a punk casing the neighborhood and should have been watched, that why they call it a "neighborhood watch."
Locally Lynne Varner of the Seattle Times made this comment
There had been a string of burglaries in Zimmerman's neighborhood. Not sure of the description of perpetrators. But here's the dilemma for me. My Eastside neighborhood has endured a rash of burglaries too. The perpetrators are thought to be white males driving a van. Should I start following every white suburban Dad in a van?
Andy @ Thurston Pundits: Yes Lynne, you should. And if the person confronts you for following them, you introduce yourself and explain to them that there has been a lot of break ins in the area and you are not familiar with them. Then you ask if you can help them find what they are looking for. THEN when they give you a big cock an bull story, you set a safe distance between you and the person and call 911. That is of course if they don't start beating your head into the pavement first.
Notice I don't provide special instructions on black, white, asian, gay, transgender? Apparently Lynne thinks there ought to be. I missed the chat, but I wonder which Lynne would think is more likely: Trayvon would not have been shot if he were white, or if he hadn't started pounding Zimmerman's head into the ground. Because I have to say that when I personally am getting my head beat into the pavement, my trigger finger is going to be a lot more color blind than the job application Lynne Varner filled out to work at the Seattle Times.
A political blog of all things Thurston (aka Hazard County) and many things from the fathers' rights front. The Olympian's Brad Shannon says this about the opinion and commentary expressed on this blog: "Filled with hate," "Disturbed," "Out of the mainstream." Hey, that's a call to action for the Tea Party generation if ever there was one.

The Brett Kimberlin story is a must read
At this point, I'm probably the last guy in the blogosphere to link to this story. The lack of coverage in MSM on it is sickening. Kimberlin's actions are in fact a form of terrorism as dangerous as anything America has ever seen. The fact that Kimberlin's tactics appears to be ebbing over and being employed by those who intend stifle political discent is as scary as hell.

Breaking News: Federal Government bails out vinyl record industry
...Or at least an industry that has not changed much since vinyl records were all the rage. Did it occur to anyone in the Federal Government that I don't care if my junk mail arrives on Saturday?
Snail mail is the equivalent of a land line with non-stop robo calling from solicitors. Notice that consumers are not demanding we 'save' the postal service in its current state, only the postal service and the government are demanding it.
Bailout approved by the Senate would appropriate $34 billion in federal money to help the struggling US Postal Service, which is losing up to $25 million a day — and taxpayers may be on the hook for USPS losses.

Sometimes d-bag Adam Carolla is Taxed Enough Already...he must be an effing racist
After constantly hanging out and co hosting with vile hate mongering slug turds like Christopher Titus, I've generally turned off Adam Carolla. However he does have a libertarian streak that one can sometimes appreciate.

Thurston County now shaking down businesses for more property tax
That's right, the county is now going out and shaking down small businesses for their fair share of your real property. That's right, small businesses with equipment that is sitting idle throughout this fantastic economy are now going to get shaken down by the county.
Wait for it home owners, this is not going to end with small businesses. Your tractor, your expensive doo-dads are next.
One has to wonder how many small business owners will simply terminate their UBI numbers rather than fill out yet another form for the government. For me, this is the final straw on keeping my two active UBI's going.
How is the government helping #Julia out here?
Update: In further reflection, when the forefathers architected our nation, they never could have foreseen that citizens would have to suffer from shakedowns from multiple departments at the federal, state and local levels.
For one year I would like all the punks at the May Day and OWS protests to have to run a small business and deal with all the government pick pockets.

Why didn't the anarchists attend the violent Tea Party rally?
I attended several of the Tea Party rallies here in Olympia. I must have missed the black-bloc, the anarchists and the other punks who were breaking windows today in downtown Seattle. Obviously the Tea Party rally was much more dangerous, well armed and feared by the police because for all the hate, violence and racism, non of us (including the 90 year old WWII vets) got arrested where as at least 8-10 of the girly girl anarchists in black pajama ninja outfits were arrested in downtown Seattle. Pussies.
I happened to be in Seattle today for business. I had the misfortune to be at the epicenter of the violence. Actually at first glance, I thought there must have been a D&D convention until my wife called to make sure I didn't park on the street.
In observing the Seattle police, they operated like a bunch of guys who have been neutered by the DoJ; collecting a paycheck and hoping to make it to retirement w/out a minority filing a complaint for being arrested while crapping on someones front yard read drunken wood carver shot while approaching w/knife, loud mouthed girl punching cop while resisting arrest, and a dozen other cry babies who got what they richly deserved. Citizens of Seattle, you seriously deserve to have ALL of your windows broken by a bunch of zit faced punks with imaginary girlfriends. My sympathy runs low for you and this exemplifies why I avoid your city like I avoid playing soccer in a yard filled with dog crap.

Schaller for Judge is exactly what's wrong with Thurston County
The lining up of Tacoma resident Schaller-Kradjen for judge is an exercise (before our very eyes) in Thurston and Wa Courts collusion and corruption. The dishonorable Schaller will be "excepted" by the Supreme Court (w/precedent set) and she will be unopposed in this election. They will time it perfectly! She has the Olympian behind her too, right Brad? Below are the comments that the Olympian "moderator" will not publish. As far as Shawn Newman as her new attorney, that (she hopes) will deter/prevent further law suits and especially ones filed in Federal court where Mr. Newman supposedly is to be feared. Are they expecting some 42 U.S.C. § 1983 filings? You see, Schaller's court is profitable for maximizing title iv and DSHS monies not to mention the federal VAWA funds and other ancillary court services/cottage industries like her former client Peg Cain that she feeds business to (and the dollars are the millions). Ol' Tootsie Boo Cain has not only been helpful to the local DV racket and Schaller's court but she also sat on county committees (with Ed Holm who also endorses Schaller) that gained huge federal VAWA stop grant funds. It's a little incestuous around here. Schaller's a revenue generator for the local courts and county. They are prepared to fight to keep her around and hiring Shawn Newman is a warning shot for all Civil Pro Se comers. Olympia Law! There is no other show on earth like it. I have finally come to the conclusion (I'm a little slow) that there is no stopping it. The cavalry is not coming. The peeps have filed many CJC, FBI complaints to no avail despite the FBI Seattle office saying "Thurston County, ya we know we've got a problem down there." Well, where's the cavalry? This is just business as usual in TC. You (I) might as well move and spend your (my) tax dollars elsewhere. Watching this disgusting process again (the Judicial Elections Ruse), that is a complete spit in the face of our once great republic, is it. This is the last straw for me and makes me sick to my stomach. I've seen enough. It will be like a march out of Sodom and Gomorrah. When my deliverance comes, I won't look back.
Again, here are the comments that local insider mouthpiece Brad Shannon won't print . . .

One more in the mix? That's it out of hundreds of qualified
attorney's? Rigged judicial elections really piss this voter off!
Judges are not elected to serve the local bar association so they can all
be cozy together – they are paid to follow the law and enforce it, not pander
to the Bar association or the gray hairs running this county. Elected
officials work for the electorate not the legal racket.
Anybody but Schaller. Schaller knowingly, willfully
and routinely breaks the law aside from her consistent abuse and wrong interpretation
of RCW 26.50. In a recent case (and you law
racketeers know who), we HAVE PROOF she violated
federal law when she granted a WA order without proper jurisdiction. In transcripts she states that she knows about the current (other
state) order and the upcoming hearing in (the other state) on that order.
PER the UCCJEA AND PKPA she was required to not make the order modifying the
(other state) order yet she did anyway and then stated that (other state) must
jump through hoops because of her order. That is exactly opposite what the law says she is allowed to
do. Governor Gregoire got this memo before the Jim Dixon
appointment. Might explain that turnabout. Now the rest of you know and are obligated by your oaths to
investigate and take action.
More to come on conflicts of interest etc. If the local law mafia wants to arrogantly appoint her without
competition for “her” seat. It will come with full
disclosure to all. Schaller is bad for the “we,
the people” and has no business sitting on the bench. She is a Bar association agent, terribly biased,
and an enemy of the people. How many other petitions to the
Supreme Court has there been to waive residency requirements? She is proceeding with her victory party without a decision from
the Supremes. That is more than
arrogant. She must know something the
electorate doesn't. At what point does a federal grand jury or the FBI finally
investigate the Wa Courts and the TC law mafia’s RICO Enterprise? She’s
been sued once already in 2008. There will be more. What insurance
pool would want this liability? This is worse than Cook County,
Ill. Unbelievable!
Anybody but Schaller.

PS - Here's a little reminder over on one of the other local blogs (albeit inactive) re-capping the last Judicial elections . . . http://www.tcffj.blogspot.com/2008/11/2008-judicial-elections-in-review.html
This would make a great Grisham novel/movie. The court corruption is but one of the many stories to be told. The book called "Madera" is another.
