Lt. Gen. (Ret.) W.G. "Jerry" Boykin is a real American and a real American Hero. I came away from reading his book "Never Surrender" with awe and inspiration of what faith, honesty, loyalty, courage, integrity, hard work and the true American spirit can accomplish and/or looks like. So few people encompass these values or "walk the talk" like he does nowadays. So, aside from what I already know, this video has a lot of credibility coming from him. This is worth a listen if you are still living with the wool over your eyes about what the lawyers and socialists are doing to this country. It's time to get a grip. Pass this video on to others if you care about America. If not, go back to sleep, take the blue pill and pretend big brother (and sister) is really gonna take care of you and has your best interest at heart.

Re: IRS targeting political enemies...Just so we are clear, this country has been on the same path as Pre WWII Nazi Germany since 2009
I've been consumed with real life and not blogging much. One thing I've noticed over the past year is how over the top and unabashed attacks have been on conservatives. In fact, it is on par with Nazi propaganda in the 1930's and on into WWII.
Having read up on great books like Isaac's Army and Defiance (both great books on Jews fighting back in WWII), the importance of the second amendment is not lost on me. Also I don't make light of what Jews endured during WWII so please remember, Germany did not start putting Jews into ghettos and then ovens until the machine had great momentum. That point was well after all political enemies and potential enemies were neutered and a decade in the making.
It's also not lost on me how a government that will use civil servants as a means to destroy political enemies (IRS and now the EPA), spy on the press, maintains an enemies list of citizens, lists return war vets as potential terrorists, runs assault weapons to drug cartels and then cover it up, and lies about a terrorist attack being caused by a youtube video parallels Hitler's Germany in pre-WWII in so many ways its unbelievable.
Obama, like Hitler was very popular among low information citizens. For many, creating a villain of a minority was the rallying point. For Obama, Pelosi, Boxer and even our local Democrat leaders, that villain has been the Tea Party and conservatives. That message has resonated well with the majority of voters as far back as 2008 when the "bitter clinger" mantra was coined by Obama.
I'm not scared of these people in office. I'm afraid of the people who put them there. As a student of history, I see two paths
1- A path that slowly devolves into the end of the American experiment - ie possible secession of politically polarized states into two or more separate countries in a hopefully otherwise peaceful divorce of belief systems.
2- A path where the tide turns and we ebb back hopefully to an era similar to Reagan.
I'm optimistic the tide will turn. I hope this blogs 10 readers (5 tea partiers and 5 FBI / DHS agents) have enjoyed reading this.

Are you "prepped" for a cyber war?
In case anyone work related reads this I have to note that in my current job, I have gained no “inside”
information about such a pending attack.
I do have awareness of the vulnerabilities and it is no stretch to say
that our online world is often held together with bubble gum and duct tape.
After Cyprus, you might be wondering just how safe your
money really is in the bank. But there
is a more compelling reason to increase your cash-on-hand, as well as other
supplies and that is cyber warfare.
China’s probing our security vulnerabilities indicates they are likely
prepping for the capability of the equivalent of a Stuxnet type of virus on our
financial sector.
Basically this is an EMP, but without a physical bomb and
with the damage being highly targeted.
The best conspiracy theories are actionable and this one is absolutely an
event you can prep for.
What will happen is all software infrastructure supporting electronic transactions will cease
to function, halting payroll and online commerce. This won’t bring the country back to the
stone age, but it will be highly inconvenient and we will become a cash society
for a few months while our financial sector gets its respective firewall act
together.
The experience will be much like when the power goes out in
Olympia for 3-5 days every few winters and gas stations and stores can’t get
supplies and online transactions cease to work.
The really inconvenient part is that local banks won’t have cash on hand
nor will they be able to service the withdraws because their computers will be
toast. The first month will be really
bad.
This is totally viable. Our online world can barely withstand script kiddies jacking our credit card numbers. Think of what will happen when it is attacked by someone who knows what they are doing and has the resources to make it happen. I will guess that the Stuxnet team consisted of fewer than 20 actual engineers. Talk about efficiencey in warfare.
Counter balance this conspiracy theory with two factors.
1-
We owe China a lot of money, so it behooves them
NOT to bring our economy to its knees
2-
North Korea is looking for a pissing match and
if we pop them in the nose, China is going to put a proverbial burning bag of
dog poop (ie this virus) on our front door.

Chris Schaller-Kradjen lets Troy Fisher off on Child Porn Charges
and the Angler spaketh last week; " I will go out on a very short limb here and say that this child porn consumer and possible pedophile will not only get off but will be teaching kids again at the Capitol City playhouse again in no time with the Oly Insider Parents' blessing. What a sick and twisted place."
So, the Oly Insiders do it again! Chris Schaller none the less. Gee, what a surprise as she alienates good fathers from their children. What a putrid stench coming from that courtroom. I wonder if the dishonorable Schaller-Kradjen would like her Tacoma private school Catholic kids being taught by Troy Fisher? Isn't it time you brought your precious little ones down to Oly town for a proper liberal education? I digress. The fact is he had child porn and the inferences and circumstances of his disappearance last summer are even worse for him than that. But, the Oly Insiders let him slide. 4th amendment my arse! The family gave law enforcement authorization and access to his computer and cell phone records because he was off on a gay binge and couldn't be found. There was nothing unreasonable about their search. No comment from the Pierce County prosecutors because they know, like all Thurston outsiders, that "it's just that way down there" as they throw up their hands and get the Hell out of Dodge.

Child pornography charges against Troy Fisher dismissed
A judge has dismissed all 14 counts of possession of child pornography against former Capital Playhouse interim artistic director Troy Fisher, ruling that an Olympia police detective's search of Fisher's computer after he went missing in July was illegal.
Thurston County Superior Court Judge Christine Schaller dismissed the charges against Fisher during a court hearing Monday morning. During the hearing, a Pierce County special prosecutor declined to offer rebuttal argument to Fisher's attorneys' motion that the warrantless search of Fisher's computer was illegal.
Olympia police seized Fisher's home computer after he went missing on July 23. An Olympia police detective searched for, and, according to court papers, found suspected images of child pornography on Fisher's computer about five hours after she had been told he was found safe the morning of July 25, Schaller said in court.
Schaller said in court that the Olympia Police Department's actions in conducting the illegal search are "concerning."
Fisher was mobbed by supporters in a packed courtroom after the judge dismissed the case with prejudice, meaning that it cannot be refiled.
"These people saved my life," Fisher said of his supporters during an interview at the courthouse. "...They've reminded me of who I am and who I am is an innocent man."
Fisher added that he has dedicated his life to children, and there has never been an allegation that he has ever acted inappropriately around children. Fisher added that he has never accessed or possessed child pornography from a computer.
One of Fisher's attorneys, Todd Maybrown, added that even if the case had been allowed to go to trial, Fisher would have been found innocent because there is no evidence that Fisher possessed child pornography.

About those guns mfgs not selling to states attacking the 2nd...

In case you haven't been to Cabellas, Walmart, a gun show, or any other place that sells guns, retailers cannot keep anything on the shelves.
The Washington Arms Collectors show in Puyallup this weekend was shoulder to shoulder. Yesterday, the Cabellas was out of stock on my kinds of ammo (not just .223). Net/Net- demand is so high for firearms that suppliers can't keep up and won't be able to meet demand for months (or years) to come.
So if suppliers decide to choke law enforcement in states that infringe on the 2nd, it's a win for every defender of the 2nd amendment. Note that I do consider it important for first responders to be armed. However, these are supply chain issues that take years to play out. I do consider it worse for a citizenry to be disarmed than law enforcement. It goes back to my student of history post earlier. Nothing good ever comes from disarming citizens.
My preference is that we disarm neither, if only our government thought so too.
